Cognac
Baron de Beauchesne
XO

Original 1802 recipe

This blend is composed of eaux-de-vie from the Petite Champagne, Borderies and Fins Bois crus of the Cognac appellation. Each batch is patiently aged in French oak barrels for a minimum of 10 years. When they reach maturity, the Maître de Chais carefully blends them.

This Cognac has a golden color with coppery highlights. It reveals aromatic notes of lime blossom and orange blossom, lychee and prune. The nose is fine and elegant. On the palate, walnut, cocoa and fig mingle with fine spices in a full-bodied finish.
