Baron de Beauchesne

Original 1802 recipe

This blend is composed of eaux-de-vie from the Petite Champagne, Borderies and Fins Bois crus of the Cognac appellation. Each batch is patiently aged in French oak barrels for a minimum of 4 years. When they reach maturity, the Maître de Chais carefully blends them.

This Cognac is harmonious. It reveals luscious aromas of fruit and dried apricot, evolving on sweet and spicy notes. The finish is carried away by dried fruit and white pepper.
