This blend is composed of eaux-de-vie from the Grande Champagne cru of the Cognac AOC. Each batch is patiently aged in French oak barrels for a minimum of 4 years. When they reach maturity, the Maître de Chais carefully blends them.

It reveals luscious aromas of fruit and dried apricot, evolving on sweet and spicy notes (with a hint of nutmeg).

The flattering finish carries us away on notes of dried fruit and white pepper.
